Needle Crafts Seller - بائع أشغال يدوية

This guy sitting near Hamidyeh Souk is selling various handmade needle works. What I can't get is the low price for which these things are sold, relatively speaking. The one craft being held is for 150 SP ($3). I wouldn't accept even $10 for such a work, even if it was sloppy.
